Course overview

Passing the UK driving theory test means learning a lot in a short time: the Highway Code, road signs, safe driving rules, and a hazard-perception test that catches many first-time candidates out. This course breaks the whole DVLA syllabus into short, plain-English lessons, then puts you through hundreds of practice questions and simulated hazard clips until the test feels routine.

Quick answers

What is the UK driving theory test?
The DVSA theory test has two parts: 50 multiple-choice questions on the Highway Code (43 to pass) and a hazard-perception section of 14 video clips (44/75 to pass). You must pass both in one sitting before booking a practical test.
How do I book the theory test?
You book directly on gov.uk once you hold a provisional licence. WispGold prepares you for the syllabus; the DVSA runs the test itself.
