Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 January 2026
These terms form the agreement between you and WispGold Ltd (Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom) when you use this website, submit an enquiry or enrol on one of our online exam-preparation courses. Please read them carefully — by enrolling you confirm that you accept them.
1. Using this website
You may use wispgold.co.uk for lawful, personal purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the one in force.
2. Enquiries and quotations
Course fees are quoted on enquiry so we can match the plan to your exam sitting and support level. A quote is an invitation to enrol, not a contract, and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. No payment is ever taken without your explicit agreement.
3. Enrolment and course access
- Access is personal and non-transferable, and runs for 12 months from your enrolment date unless your written quote states a different period.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Shared accounts may be suspended.
- Live sessions run to a published cohort timetable in UK time; recordings are made available where a session is recorded.
- We may need to reschedule a live session; if we do, we give as much notice as possible and provide a recording or replacement session.
4. Fees, payment and taxes
Fees are payable in the currency shown on your invoice and are due before course access is issued unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing. Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Institutional cohorts of five or more may pay by bank transfer against an invoice with 14-day terms.
5. Refunds and cancellation
- 14-day cooling-off period: you may cancel within 14 days of enrolment for a full refund provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course materials.
- After 14 days, or after substantial access, fees are non-refundable, but we will normally allow a one-time transfer to a later cohort.
- If we cancel or discontinue a course you have paid for, we will offer a comparable replacement or a pro-rata refund.
- Refund requests should be emailed to [email protected] and are processed within 14 days of approval.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
All course materials — recordings, slides, notes, question banks and mock exams — remain the intellectual property of WispGold Ltd or its licensors. You may download and use them for your own study only. Copying, reselling, publishing, screen-recording or sharing materials with non-enrolled candidates is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate withdrawal of access without refund.
7. Student conduct
We ask all students to treat tutors and fellow candidates with respect in live sessions and discussion channels. Harassment, discriminatory language or persistent disruption may lead to removal from a cohort.
8. No guarantee of exam results
Our courses are preparation only. Examination and licensing outcomes are decided solely by the relevant awarding body or regulator, and depend on your own preparation and performance. We do not guarantee a pass, a specific score, registration, visa sponsorship or employment.
9. Independent status
WispGold is an independent exam-preparation provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of any Royal College, the GMC, NMC, NHS, DVSA/DVLA or any international regulator. Full details are set out in our Disclaimer.
10. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep course content accurate and current, but to the extent permitted by law our total liability arising from a course is limited to the fees you paid for that course. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Data protection
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, and use cookies as described in our Cookies Policy.
12. Complaints and governing law
If something goes wrong, email [email protected] and we will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
