WispGold was founded in 2019 in London by a small group of NHS clinicians, language coaches and student advisors who had all made the same journey — leaving home to build a career in the UK — and remembered how quietly overwhelming it can be.
We now support more than 50,000 learners in 42 countries with structured preparation for Royal College examinations, OET and IELTS for healthcare, and the UK driving theory test. Every course is exam-aligned, mentor-led and designed to fit around clinical shifts, university deadlines, and family life.
